The alpha acid values for the 2026 hop harvest are now available.
As announced in our harvest estimate, the overview includes all Hallertau varieties, as well as Czech Saazer, Spalt Spalter and Tettnang Tettnanger, together with the previous-year figures and updated five- and ten-year averages.
The source and creator of the data is the Arbeitsgruppe Hopfenanalyse (AHA). The values were determined according to EBC 7.4 using freshly harvested hops.
